Diversity Works for London (DWfL) is the Mayor of London's campaign to engage organisations in harnessing the benefits of a diverse workforce and supplier base, providing all Londoners with a chance to share in the city's opportunities and prosperity.
The London Development Agency (LDA) is working with the Mayor to lead the campaign.
Diversity Works for London's objective are:
- To champion and promote the business case for diversity
- To engage meaningfully and work in partnership with business and other key stakeholders
- To enable London's businesses to reflect diversity in their workforces.
