London Development Agency (LDA) Opportunities Fund

What is it?

The London Development Agency's (LDA)Opportunities Fund has been designed to encourage and support locally delivered projects which make a real impact on London's economic development.

It supports a range of innovative projects designed to help regenerate pockets of deprivation across London.

Many of the projects break down barriers to employment for disadvantaged groups and are led by community and voluntary organisations which have both the ambition and local knowledge to make both a significant and sustainable impact.

The application process for the fund is an annual event, although the grants may be awarded over a period of up to three years.

Round Two (2007/10)

The second round of the LDA Opportunities Fund was launched on Tuesday 12 September 2006 with a closing date for full applications on 22 December 2006. It was conducted through an open and competitive two stage bidding process.  More information.

All organisations have now been notified by letter as to whether their applications to the LDA's Opportunities Fund Round 2 have been successful or not.
