Financial Regulations

The LDA operates under a set of financial management regulations, drawn up in accordance with legislation such as the Greater London Authority Act and the Local Government Act.

The regulations cover such issues as the responsibilities of the Chief Finance Officer, income, budgets, delegated authority for expenditure, purchasing procedures, insurance and audits.
