Beam Reach 6

Beam Reach 6 falls within London Riverside area within the London Thames gateway, one of the largest redevelopment projects ever undertaken and is a prominent 7 hectare commercial site located by the A13 in South Dagenham. The site is currently being masterplanned and this process will be completed by the autumn 2007.

The site is envisaged to become a new home for a range of high-tech industries, it will offer 500,000 sq ft of space in small to medium size units.

The London Development Agency (LDA) has high design aspirations for the site and we will be seeking a development partner offering creativity and a commitment to sustainable design. Expressions of interest for development partners are expected to be announced by early 2008.
