London Thames Gateway Housing Sites Database

This database sets out important information for developers, investors, stakeholders and public sector partners on the strategic housing and mixed use sites in the London Thames Gateway. These are sites that are capable of delivering over 100 housing units.

The database has been developed by the London Development Agency (LDA) in conjunction with the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation and the Thames Gateway London Partnership, and is based on extensive information from the public and private sectors.

The maps are accompanied by a detailed schedule of all development sites which includes details of housing capacity, site description, planning status and ownership.
